We have recently improved our marine winch.  The gas operated drop hammer winch has been around for decades. Also known as a barge winch or a deck winch, our marine winch is used as a commercial winch by numerous dock builders all over the world.

By changing the clutch, and using a different engine, the Drop Hammer Winch is even better than the previous version of the top performing marine winch in the business.

We've replaced a few of the marine winch parts and made our marine winch the finest in its class. Now all of the deck winch's main parts are comprised of marine grade aluminum.

Marine Winches

All dock builders in the modern age use marine winches.  They call them different things.  Some call them barge winches or deck winches because they are easily mounted on the deck of a barge.  You just attach it using six bolts in the predrilled holes of the mounting bracket.  Notice our drop hammer winch even comes with a long enough handle so you don't have to replace it with your own.
